We live 35 km outside of North Bay Ontario and your employees are the ones that delivered and set up our Arctic Spa hot tub for us in June 2006. Our winters often give us -35C temperatures and we have even seen the thermometers meet at -41C. The Arctic Spa unit has never let us down or given a minutes problem maintaining water temperature, pump performance, heat retention and best of all COMFORT.

We use our spa on an average of 6 days every week and I'm pleased to say it looks and operates just like it did when new. Thanks again for your great product and client backup service.

I recently moved and have been without my spa for 3 weeks, I am in the process of getting it moved to my new location.

I have an injured neck and 2 bad shoulders and had shoulder surgery in Jan. I use my spa to alleviate the pain in my neck and to keep the muscles relaxed, if I don’t they just keep getting stiff and the same with my shoulder muscles. After my surgery I would do some shoulder exercises in the tub which created a little resistance but allowed the muscles to be more relaxed and fluent.

Before I got my spa I was taking a lot of pain and ant-inflammatory medications just to cope with everyday life, after I started using my spa regularly I rarely had to take them It has also cut down on the frequency of massage therapy I needed. I can go months without having to go. Since I have been without my tub, I don’t sleep well, I wake up to take medications, and I have little relief for my neck and shoulder pain. I could never be with out my tub. I can’t wait till I can get back in it and start sleeping again.

I was very selective and did a lot of research before buying my spa. It has various jets and each one provides different massage and can be moved to exactly where I need them to work. I have gotten so much of my life back again because of it. For those that have aches and pains from injury or even aging bodies, I suggest trying an artic spa you will never regret it.
